The Company signed a joint venture agreement with M/s New Ambrosetti Technologies a over century old company specializing in under carriage/landing gears technology for setting up complete facility at Bangalore.

The CEO of the company Mr. Silvano Casini visited New Delhi for executing the Jt. Venture with CMD Mr. Rajiv Bhatnagar.
