The new company brings forth Rosebank Engineering Pty Ltd’s forte of Maintenance, Repairs and Overhauling, Reverse Engineering and Engineering specialization across Precision Hydraulics, Fine Mechanisms as well as general aircraft, defence mechanical and Structural components that include Flight Controls, Undercarriages, Wheels, Brakes amongst others.

With approvals from the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) and the Department of Industrial Policy Promotion (DIPP) in place the VyoneeshRosebank Technologies Pvt Ltd would also be able to provide offset support to various foreign vendors who have been placed orders by Government of India’s Ministry of Defence.

The new company would get all the technical know-how from Rosebank Engineering Pty Ltd’s dedicated culture of engineering excellence that has been formally recognized through quality accreditation which includes AS/NZS 9001, ISO 9001/2000, Processing Systems such as NADCAP and Eurocopter, OEM approvals that include LMA, Boeing, Airbus, Goodrich and Eaton Aerospace to name a few.

The company would provide an integrated range of solutions and services across Aircraft components, machine tools and metrology systems as well as ground support equipment and product support. Additionally Rosebank Engineering Pty Ltd’s accreditations would also flow for the Indian market through VyoneeshRosebank Technologies Pvt Ltd. The proposed units would help reduce the turn around time for customer by locally meeting the specific requirements of the customer.

Rosebank Engineering Pty Ltd’s highly professional engineering expertise coupled with decades of technical know-how will provide the new company the edge in its endeavor of providing successful end-to-end solutions that include designing, manufacturing, maintaining and supporting systems. Each proposed site would be fully equipped to undertake repair and overhaul as well as full system support including logistics and life management sustainment services. All technical /production related issues would be handled by foreign Joint Venture partners while all commercial issues would be handled by Indian Joint Venture partners
